This hotel didn't match my expectations for a Christmas Getaway. The only positive aspects of this hotel were its convenient location and the amenities offered to guests. The room had a comfortable bed and the staff seemed kind enough. there were a few restaurants and bars nearby that offered good food and a lively atmosphere.
The negatives of this hotel greatly outweigh the positives. The room assigned was cramped and dirty, and the bathroom toilet pipe was leaking which made it impossible to sleep.

During my recent stay at a hotel in Dhaka, I was pleasantly surprised by the convenient location. It was situated in a bustling area, close to several popular attractions and shopping centers. the room I stayed in was spacious and comfortable, with a cozy bed that provided a good night's sleep. the bathroom was clean and well-maintained, with modern fixtures and amenities. the hotel staff provided excellent service, promptly attending to any requests and ensuring a pleasant stay. the breakfast spread was delicious, offering a variety of options to suit different tastes. the hotel boasted stunning views of the city skyline from its roof terrace, allowing guests to enjoy breathtaking sunsets.
The hotel gym could have been better equipped with more exercise machines.

The hotel had a decent location, close to many popular attractions and easily accessible. . the rooms were spacious and clean, providing a comfortable stay. the staff was friendly and welcoming, always ready to assist with any queries or requests.
The check, in process was extremely slow, taking almost 30, 40 minutes to get our room. . the bathroom in our room had a leaking toilet pipe, and despite reporting the issue, no action was taken to fix it.
